i was talking to a friend the other day who was frustrated by not seeing any results from the pull up machine. you know that awkward lift you have to climb on that's usually in the middle of the gym that screams "hey look who can't do a push up!" stay off this thing please! Has anyone ever graduated from doing assisted machine pull ups to actual pull ups? Here's a routine you can try? 10 sec dead hang 10 sec flex hang (chin above bar and hold) 10 slow negative pull ups (work up to a 10 sec slow drop) 10 Body rows 1 pull up!!! Stay consistant!
